1. Disclaimer
PathOne Credit Solutions provides credit education and assistance to help clients understand and improve their credit reports. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including score increases or removal of specific items. We are not a credit bureau, debt consolidation agency, or a law firm.

2. Client Responsibility
By signing up for our services, you agree to provide accurate information, including a valid ID, proof of address, and access to your credit monitoring account. You must maintain an active credit monitoring service during the duration of the program. Failure to do so may result in delayed results or cancellation of services.

3. Results Disclaimer
Credit repair is a process. While many clients begin seeing results within 30–60 days, full results may take 6+ months depending on the individual’s credit profile.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a no-refund policy due to the time and effort put into each case upon signup. However, if you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our office within 7 business days to review the matter.

5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information necessary to provide our services—such as your name, contact information, and credit-related details. We do not sell or share your data. The only third parties we work with are the ones you have signed up for, such as credit monitoring services or trusted payment processors.

6. Payment Terms
All monthly payments are auto-drafted. No refunds after payment is processed. To stop service, email us at least 3–5 days before your next billing date.

7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time by sending written notice via email at least 3–5 business days before your next billing cycle. You will not be charged going forward, but previous charges are non-refundable.

8. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you agree to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and emails from PathOne Credit Solutions regarding your credit services. You can opt out at any time.
